LASTS

Today was my last day in Otis - the last in a week of lasts.  Now I understand what Auntie Sue meant when she said Josh Groban was the first of my lasts.  Tomorrow morning, after I have breakfast and a last walk with the GG's, Mom and I will be heading off to the Training School and I will start the next chapter in my life.

My last volleyball game - since I couldn't play I napped.
Everybody said "good luck, Raisin".

Today I went to Butternut for the last time.  Last fall I went with Harvey and in the spring I went by myself.

I went to Spectacle Pond today but did not get to swim. Somebody was taking pictures because it was so beautiful and mom said I could not photobomb her.  So I will go in the morning for my last time.  I love swimming at Spectacle Pond with my mom.

I had my last bath.  Why do I love to swim but hate baths?

I went to the laundromat for the last time.  This does not make me sad - can you say BOOORING?  This time there were 2 boys running around, yelling and being bad.  Why do dog children have to behave but human children do not?

I went to work and to McDonalds for the last time.

I had my last play date with Clarity and Bliss.  I am going to very much miss Clarity.  She gave me a going away present which I ate all by myself - did not share with the GG's!  And I gave her one also - we are playing with it.

I went to work at the ski area for the last time - had my last run around the Pony Slope - said goodbye to my friends there. Walked to the top of the hill for the last time.

I went out to breakfast for the last time - I thought that because it was the last time, I would actually get to have some breakfast - but no, everybody else in the diner was eating breakfast but nothing for me.

I made my last trips to the bank, to the post office, to the hardware store, the grocery store, yada-yada-yada - all my regular places.

So I'm as ready as I'll ever be to move on.
